Palm oil is found in half of all packaged foods sold at the grocery store. As consumers, we have the power to demand that palm oil used in the products we buy does not destroy rainforests or orphan orangutans.
Please join Rainforest Action Network (RAN) in asking the largest importer of palm oil into the United States—Cargill—to protect rainforests, communities and endangered orangutans. Take action today to stop companies from using palm oil and other forest products that drive orangutan extinction.

Palm oil is now found in about half of all packaged goods on the shelves
Rainforests that are home to endangered orangutans are being cut down to plant palm oil. Some of the companies that import palm oil into the United States do not have standards that prevent controversial palm oil from being used in the products we buy at the supermarket. Please sign Rainforest Action Network’s petition telling Cargill Inc. CEO Gregory Page that you don’t want rainforest destruction and orangutan habitat loss in your shopping cart.
